Come on out this Wednesday, September 20th, walk in the refreshing fall air and enjoy the vistas of the beautiful Slate River Valley.
Our first Wellness Wednesday event will run 6:30 - 8:00 pm and includes a healthy paced walk through the farm fields (approx 45 mins), a guided meditation/breathwork (approx 15 mins) and a visit to the animals (approx 15 mins).

Hello friends! Looking for an opportunity to add a little self-care into your life?

As part of a new venture using our nursing knowledge and holistic health certifications... my colleague Keri and I are looking to gauge interest in
'Wellness (Wednes)days'.

We're excited to invite you out to our farms for these casual but informative/inspirational sessions beginning with a social/mindful walk through the farm fields, followed by an intro to a self-care practice and ending with a wind down/visit to the animals.

We're thinking of offering these on Wednesday evenings this fall between 630-8pm, cost by donation only.

These sessions are best suited to those looking for gentle exercise in the fresh air, inspiration to increase their well-being (including breathwork, meditation, EFT, self-reiki, aromatherapy, crystals...) and those looking for opportunities to spend time with friends with a focus on wellness, fun and affordability....

If this offering might be of interest to you please comment below or DM. If there is a better day and/or time for you, please suggest otherwise.
